• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
